PragueAssist processes personal data only for responding to requests, delivering requested services, account administration, legal obligations and security. Case documents can contain sensitive personal information and are stored in a private access-controlled document area.

Applicable GDPR rights can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, subject to legal retention duties. A verified privacy contact will be published before commercial launch.
Security
Customer records are protected using authentication, row-level database policies, private document storage and least-privilege access. Do not send passwords or payment-card numbers through live chat.
