Start with the destination, not the document
The safest way to prepare Czech administrative paperwork is to identify the authority or institution that will receive it, the purpose of the procedure and the deadline. The same foreign document can require different preparation depending on where it is used.
Build a document chain
Separate documents you already have from documents that must be obtained, translated or otherwise prepared. Check name spellings, dates and document validity before paying for downstream steps. Where originals are required, keep a secure copy for your own records.
Appointments and submissions
Confirm whether the procedure is online, by appointment, by post or in person. Keep appointment confirmations and evidence of submission. If you do not understand Czech instructions, arrange interpreting before the appointment rather than relying on improvised translation at the counter.
After submission
Record reference numbers, deadlines and any request for additional evidence. PragueAssist cases are designed to keep these steps, documents and next actions visible in one place.
